Pre-owned vehicles
Compare Subaru and other makes across model years, mileage and asking prices. Check each vehicle's condition and history; a lower advertised price alone does not establish better value.
Subaru Certified Pre-Owned
Subaru's program includes a 152-point inspection, factory-backed powertrain vehicle service agreement, vehicle history report and roadside assistance. Confirm the individual vehicle's certification and applicable program terms.
Compare more than the model name or monthly payment
- Equipment: Compare the exact year and trim. Check seating, cargo room, phone connectivity and wanted safety or convenience features on the actual vehicle.
- Condition: For a used vehicle, review mileage, service records when available, history information, tires, keys and any concerns. Ask what inspections or reconditioning have been completed.
- Coverage: Review what coverage applies, its start date, time and mileage limits, exclusions and deductible where applicable. Certification does not mean every repair or maintenance item is covered.
- Complete price: Request an itemized quote showing vehicle price, taxes, registration, dealer fees and any optional products you select.
- Financing: Compare APR, amount financed, loan length and total payments alongside the monthly payment. A smaller payment over a longer term may not mean a lower total cost.
- Ownership: Consider your expected mileage, insurance quotes, fuel or charging routine and maintenance needs. Used vehicles can still depreciate; future resale value is not guaranteed.

Is a used vehicle always the better value?
