WRC-26 service program: certain 2023-2025 Subaru Legacy and Outback vehicles
Subaru has announced service program WRC-26 for certain Legacy and Outback vehicles with affected data communication modules (DCMs). An issue with software-version matching during an over-the-air update may have made some telematics services unavailable.
Does my Subaru qualify?
Only specific vehicles qualify. The model year alone does not establish eligibility. Ask our Delray service team to check your vehicle identification number (VIN) for WRC-26 and explain the next step for your Subaru.
What is the remedy?
For eligible vehicles, Subaru retailers will reprogram the affected DCM at no cost to the customer under this service program. Our team can confirm eligibility and scheduling requirements before your visit.
Owners in Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Boca Raton and Lake Worth can request a Subaru service appointment. Mention WRC-26 when describing your concern so the service team can check the program for your vehicle. An online appointment request does not itself confirm eligibility or completion of the repair.
